Overview on Job Openings

Follow these steps to create a new job opening:

Navigation #

  • Access the job creation page through the dashboard or jobs management section
  • Click the “Create a Job” or “+” button to start

Enter Basic Information #

  • Enter the job title in the title field
  • Select the application form language (English, Portuguese, or Spanish) which determines the language candidates will see in the application form

Application Questions #

  • Add custom questions that candidates need to answer when applying
  • Click “Add Question” to create new questions

For each question:

  • Enter the question text
  • Toggle whether the question is required or optional
  • Use the delete (trash) icon to remove questions if needed

Writing a job description #

AI Assistance #

You can use the “Generate with AI” feature to help create the job description:

  • Enter job requirements
  • Specify experience level needed
  • Add any additional context
  • Choose the generation language
  • Click “Generate” to create a description draft

Submit #

  • Review all entered information
  • Click “Create Job” to publish (or “Save Changes” if editing)
  • Once created, you’ll receive a shareable URL for candidates

Tips to create a great job opening #

  • Be clear and specific about responsibilities
  • List both required and preferred qualifications
  • Include information about company culture
  • Highlight benefits and growth opportunities
  • Use formatting to make the description easy to read

The job posting will be visible to candidates immediately after creation unless manually set to inactive.
